The location was superb, with easy access to ski rental services and just a short distance to the slopes. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring a warm family-friendly atmosphere, and the kids enjoyed the vibrant kids club activities.

We had a boss time, la! The food was surprisingly sound, especially the salad bar every evening. Only downside was the swimming pool was freezing – proper cold, not ideal for a dip. Still, the cosy vibe made up for it!
